He is the founder of the firm and started his practice in the year July’2003. He is an enthusiastic and self-motivated person with eighteen years experience (since he became a chartered accountant), specializing in Audits, Accounts, and Taxation & Finance.
He has devoted himself for providing professional services in the field of Income Tax, Sales Tax now as Value Added Tax, Company Law matters, Works Contract Act, Banking Regulation Act, Project Finance, Government Subsidies & Arbitration Services.
He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Dr. BAMU University and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. He is also a certified Information Systems Auditor (ISA) qualified from ICAI, New Delhi. He has also completed the Study Course on Audit of co-op Banks and Society conducted by WIRC of ICAI.

CA. KEYUR S. DEDHIA, B.Com, F.C.A., DISA (ICAI), "Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks"

He started his practice in the year February’2006 and is the founder of the firm “Dedhia & Associates”. Later he has merged into Sagar Kawna & Co. in December 2009 with an intention to serve a vast variety of clients spread across various parts of India. He has experience of nearly 12 years (since he became a chartered accountant) in the field of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and financial consultancy.
He is dedicated and an extrovert person with high level of thinking and ideas. He has strong belief in working in-group.
He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce from Pune University and is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. He is also a certified Information Systems Auditor (ISA) qualified from ICAI, New Delhi. He has also completed the Study Course on Audit of co-op Banks and Society conducted by WIRC of ICAI.
He has also cleared the NCFM’s Dealers Module and above all has experience in advising clients to invest in Securities with Fixed returns, investing in Stock markets and Primary issues market for optimum returns. The partner has considerable experience of trading in stock market and is well versed with rules and regulations which are binding on investors, stock brokers and stock exchanges.

CA. SAURABH BAJAJ, B.Com, A.C.A.,

He joined Sagar Kawna & Co. in the year 2015 and his area of expertise includes Management Consultancy, Subsidy consultancy, Project financing, finance and account domain. He is courageous and well known for his quick decision. He is a graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from L.R.T. College of Commerce, Akola and is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.
CA Saurabh Bajaj during his artcleship tenure has handled variety of clientele with his expertise being in the field of project funding and subsidy consultancy. Academically CA Saurabh has proved himself and scored highest marks from the exam centre during his CA final exams.
Apart from the above he is well interested in teaching profession and devotes needful time for the same by teaching management subjects and Economics to CA students.
In addition to above he has authored a Book named “ Business Policies and Strategic Management” for MBA students based on curriculum of Pune university.

CA RAHUL BAJAJ, B.COM, F.C.A.

He started his practice in the year 2012 and has experience of nearly 8 years (since he became a chartered accountant) in the field of Auditing, Taxation and Business Financial consultancy. He has joined the firm on 01.04.2013.
He is a graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from L.R.T. College of Commerce, Akola and is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.
During his work tenure, he has gained expertise in the fields of audit including Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Bank Audits, Project Finance, Tax Compliances.

CA AKSHAY TALREJA, B.COM, A.C.A.

He joined Sagar Kawna & Co. in 2016 and his area of practice include Project Financing , Special Audits ,Management and Operational Audits and Auditing.
He is a graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Commerce (B.Com) from University Of Pune and is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.
During his articleship period with M/s V.A.Dudhedia & Co. , Pune he has handled many assignment of audit including Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Bank Audits, Project Finance, Management cum Operational Audits of various clients.

CA JAYKISHAN LAKHWANI, B.COM, A.C.A.
